The answer may surprise you or maybe not. Yes or no, in some cases it can be done. But you many need to get a little help. One way to do this is to purchase a masonry drill kit. Masonry drill bits are cast to endure more vigorous drilling activities. They also have a different cutting tip that helps endure the heat that comes from grinding against concrete.
