Can a 1998 and up GMC Jimmy headlights and grill be installed onto a 1996 GMC Jimmy?

I have a 1996 GMC Jimmy, but don’t like the front headlights and grill. On the 1998 GMC Jimmy’s and up, i love the head lights and grill. Is there anyway possible the newer model style would bolt onto my 1996. I want to completely take of the front of my 1996 and change it to a 1998 and up. Please let me know. Thanks (asked by Ronnie on February 12, 3041) A: Yes, there is no difference in the side panels or hood, the only difference maybe the bumper, but go to ebay and you can find a front clip fairly cheap and worse comes to worse may have to switch the bumper but i don’t think you will.
