I had a root canal done 6 month ago and now I have bone loss and what might be a vertical root fracture. I went back to the Dr that did the root canal and he said the root canal looked fine but the tooth has changed. Basically taking the blame off the root canal. Explaining that a fracture can happen at any time. Now I have to see a periodontist to see if they can pack around the tooth or if I need to extract it.
