Can a bulging disc in c3-c4 cause vertigo and painful muscle tension in left trapezius muscle?

I have a slight bulging of my c4 and have experienced dizziness, headaches and terrible pain in my trapezius area. The pain in my trapezius keeps me from sleeping. I have had one epidural done to no avail. I’m looking for a solution too. Currently trying a deep tissue therapy called Schulman therapy. I have been to one visit, it did open up my muscles and seemed to give some relief, but I’ll reserve judgement til I have more visits under my belt. Good Luck!
