Can a Condominium Corporation keep records of the concerns or activities relating to a particular unit?
Yes, if the records pertain to the management of the Corporation or possible contravention of the Corporation’s bylaws. Records containing personal information of a previous owner or renter should be kept separate from the general records on a unit file to which an owner, purchaser or mortgagee is entitled to access under the Condominium Property Act.
