Can a disc bulge be corrected?
surgery is optional, but it is not suggested since the surgery is so near to the spine and vital stuff…ask your doctor about any type of needle-injected medication that may reduce the swelling…my dad has a bulging disc and he gets that about once a month, but i’m not sure what it is called…also, if you experience any pinched nerves due to that, there are various equipment you can hang on your door and, placing your chin on a strap that is counterbalanced with a liquid weight, it will gently stretch your spine until it is in the proper place and no nerves are being pinched
