Can a driver’s license, professional or occupational license be suspended for non-payment of child support?
If six months or more of unpaid support is owed, the Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) may request the court to suspend or revoke a valid Arizona license. This means the non-custodial parent cannot be issued a new license or renew an existing license until the past due child support amount is paid in full, or a satisfactory payment agreement is made with DCSE.
