Typically hermaphrodites have mostly 1 or the other. They aren't usually both equally working and full grown, so I doubt it. Also, I'm guessing that things aren't quite going to fit in the way you are thinking in order to impregnate themselves in the "traditional" way.  more

If there was such a person in existance and they had all the internal organs necessary, they would with the help of insemination, but physically not on their own. I think there are people who have some organs of both genders, but not complete of both genders. It wouldn't exactly work well anyway, from a genetic point of veiw IMO.  more
