Can a man look at a women in islam?
A man must not look at a woman. Maybe just to take a glimpse but then he HAS to look a way. However, when a man proposes to a woman he HAS to see her face. Even if she ALWAYS covers her face, she will have to show it to him. It’s Halal or Allowed in this case. Because It won’t be nice if he married her and he doesn’t know how his wife looks like, and when he sees her after marriage she might turn out to be really ugly to him and he would divorce her. No one wants THAT to happen you know.
