If you ever connect to live with a modded Xbox 360, you’re taking your system’s fate into your own hands. With the recent increases in mod detection that Microsoft has, you will probably be detected shortly after getting online, meaning that you will only get a potion of the update. You deserve far worse though for modding your system and stealing games, but unfortuately Microsoft doesn’t turn names over to the Government for fining and other punishments usually.
