A. Yes. KRS 194A.700-729 does not prohibit an ALC from sharing a single lease agreement, so long as that document complies with KRS 194A.713. BP. It is recommended that, given the specificity of KRS 194A.713, an ALC should refrain from using a single lease agreement for multiple levels of care on the same campus.
