11A. Yes. PEOs may obtain payroll and claims data on a potential client employer not in a PEO arrangement by submitting a Temporary Authorization to Review Information (AC-3) for the potential client employer. PEOs may obtain payroll and claims data on a potential client employer in a PEO arrangement, when the potential client employers payroll and claims are reported to the client policy number, by submitting an AC-3 signed by the client employer. BWC will not release any claims or payroll information on a client employer that is in a partial or full PEO arrangement when any payroll and claims are reported to the PEOs policy number.
