Absolutely. Rescheduling is not a problem and everybody understands that circumstances arise on both sides which may require this. The system is designed for as much flexibility as possible. Our team of receptionists at the Call Centre (Locall 065-9080678 ) are at the service of both Rep and doctor in this regard. However, less than one days notice by a Medical Rep may give rise to a consultation charge to the Company where such a cancellation results in an income generating consultation or STC opportunity being lost.E-detailing is a new form of detailing which can be provided on a virtual or real-time basis. It is a new and proven success in the UK and elsewhere and while it will never replace the live face-to-face detailing it does present new options to all parties which will not interfere with consulting time if so desired.
