Can a school see if an applicant has registered to retake the LSAT, or do they have to wait until scores are released?
Schools can see it, but each school has its own policy about when to review such a file. We will typically hold review if the person has a December test registration, but not for a February. This is our default position. If an applicant requests a review or a hold, we will abide by their wishes.
