Can a soaker hose with a hole be repaired?
1/2″ Soaker Hose: 1/2″ soaker hose can be repaired by using any of the Moisture Master multi-purpose fittings. For mid-section repairs, cut out the hole, then simply push and twist the coupling (or tee with an end cap) onto the two sections of soaker hose. Push and twist the female end or the coupling with an end cap for repairs on the hose ends. 5/8″ Soaker Hose: 5/8″ soaker hose can be repaired by using standard 1/2″ hose mender fittings. There are both metal and plastic mender styles available for mid-section, female end and male end repairs. Make a clean cut for each hose section, then follow the directions provided for the hose repair kit you purchased. 1/4″ Soaker Hose: 1/4″ soaker hose can be repaired by using any of the Moisture Master 1/4″ fittings.
