Can a student registree who has completed his graduation get extension for Post Graduate courses by FRRO/FRO/CHIO?

Yes. A student registree, having completed his/her graduation, applying for extension for post graduate courses can be granted extension by FRRO/FRO/CHIO. However, those requiring extension for research/Ph.D can be given extension only by MHA.
