The subscriber has to order his free A-la-Carte packs (maximum of 3 packs) either through the web, in one shot through the recharge free A-la-carte packs redemption link, or through SMS within a day. The request for the same should be received within 15 days of recharge. Any SMS received over and above the limit of 3 free A-la-Carte packs would be treated as paid A-la-Carte packs. Further, any request received after 15 days of recharge would betreated as paid A-la-Carte packs.
