Its depends on your personal aims. In most cases, vibration training can replace an entire fitness programme. Vibration training increases isometric (static) and isotonic (dynamic) muscle strength, increases mobility and flexibility, it also improves co-ordination. The only training effect that regular training may elicit that vibration training cannot is to increase the size of the heart muscle.  more
