Yes, ActivePatch can be used with Visual Studio .NET 2003 and Visual Studio 2005. You can import the ActivePatch ActiveX component directly from the IDE and a runtime callable wrapper will be created which will allow your application to access its properties, methods and events. To use the ActivePatch DLL from managed code, you will need to use the DllImport attribute to define the parameters of the functions that you wish to call.
