No. For simplicity, Aery assumes all airfoils are flat-plates with a zero-lift angle of attack and other consistent characteristics. The only thing airfoil-related that the user can adjust is the airfoil lift-curve slope (done through File/Edit Configuration menus). However, the default value of 5.7 is really a pretty good one...
