Can Aggrenox be used to replace Coumadin (Warfarin) if you are a clotter?

My dad had a heart valve stem replacement in Feb. they used a pig valve and they said he is a blood clotter, but he does not like the side affects that he has read about with Coumadin and sometimes it is hard for him to drive the 40 miles one way each week to get his blood checked. Just want to know if this could be an easier drug for him.
