The simple answer to your question is no, you can’t get AIDS from saliva. Although saliva does contain HIV, it is in very small amounts. I once read that you would have to “drink” a gallon of HIV tainted saliva,all at once, in order to, get AIDS from it. That’s a lot of “spit swapping.
