Can AirAsia name the financial institution, method and indicate terms of financing of the KLIA-East Terminal project?
It is still too early at this time. We are in discussions with several institutions on all these aspects. Many domestic and international investors have expressed their interest in participating in the project. KLIA-East will be privately funded but the actual structure of the financing will not be finalized until later this year. As a responsible public-listed company, we will of course reveal the details once they are finalized. All we can say for now is that AirAsia will have no balance-sheet exposure in the development.
