Only StarHub type-approved cable modems with 10/100 Base-T connection will be able to support MaxOnline Ultimate Plus. To fully utilise the allocated bandwidth, we recommend that you connect via the cable modem’s Ethernet port instead of the USB port. Please check the compatibility of your cable modem by referring to the Cable Modem Compatibility Table. You can also purchase a new cable modem from any StarHub Shop or redeem for a cable modem with your StarHub Rewards points.
