Most consumer customers are eligible, but there are some limitations: 1. Enrollment is limited to accounts owned by individuals and the primary account signer must have a Social Security/Tax Identification Number. 2. The checking account must be opened in either the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. (International Personal Banking for Overseas Employee accounts are not eligible.) 3. CitiBusiness checking accounts are not currently eligible. 4. The checking account cannot be simultaneously enrolled in another Citibank rewards program. You would need to dis-enroll from your current program before joining ThankYou Network (i.e. Citibank® / AAdvantage® Debit Card). 5. You must have a debit card linked to the checking account to participate in ThankYou Network. If you do not have a debit card at enrollment, a Citibank Banking Card can be issued to you. 6.
