Yes, Tax Amnesty will be revoked for any of the following reasons: filing a false or fraudulent return or failure to adhere to the terms of a Payment Agreement. If, upon review of the application and forms the Division determines that additional OLF is due, failure to pay the additional amount within thirty (30) days of notification by the Division will also result in revocation.
