Can an animal impregnate a human?

No, because in order for any animal to reproduce, it must be of the same species of the animal it is reproducing WITH. That's why there are no sheep-wolves, or lion deer, or polar bear sea lions, for example. All of these animals are different spieces, and as such, it is genetically impossible for them to breed. Humans also follow these same genetic laws- in order for us to reproduce, whomever we reproduce with must be human too. People who have sex with animals are suffering from a serious mental disorder called beastality- and they need help and therapy to deal with their disease. Beastality is closely related to and is in the same class of mental disorders as transgenderism is, and there are several other disorders which in turn are related to these two, such as voyeurism for example.
