Yes, an InterActive Applicant can use the InterActive Applicant to practice their responses using their webcam. Also, most web cameras come equipped with software that allows applicants to record from their desktop. We suggest that they use this software, or the InterActive Applicant system, to practice on their own, prior to applying for a position. This way applicants can ensure the location chosen to record responses is well-lit and free of background distractions, and that they get used to using a webcam.
