Can an attorney see the Pretrial Services Report prior to or after the Detention or Bail Hearing?

The Pretrial Services Report is confidential and is intended for disclosure at the hearing. In special situations, and upon previous coordination with our office, the report may be available to defense and government attorneys, at our office, prior to the hearing. Attorneys in a given case may also review a report at our office prior to a hearing for reconsideration of bail.
