No. If the reemployed employee was on military leave for between 31 and 180 days, the employer cannot discharge him or her without cause within six months of reemployment. If the employee was on military leave for more than 180 days, the employer cannot discharge him or her without cause within one year of reemployment. 38 U.S.C. ยง 4316(c).
