Can an English translator who knows French translate a document from English to French ?
Some unscrupulous agencies give work to translators whose native language is other than the target language, but A Translation has never done that and will never do that. Although a translator may understand and speak a foreign language perfectly, he or she will never be able to master the nuances of that language, and this will be evident in the translation.
