Typically the braces would not cause any harm but it is suggested to remove them before the procedure.  Dental fillings also don’t cause any damage whatsoever, but an imagining may be inconclusive in the surrounding area.

Usually MRI of the head is done for the brain, and vascular assessments, so the areas in the mandible and upper jaw are rarely in the way..
