Can an SEI Partner create materials based on SEI-licensed intellectual property for the Partners specific needs?
In some cases, SEI intellectual property is marked with legends that clearly indicate that derivative works may be created. These legends may also provide restrictions on the use of any derivatives created. In most cases, derivative works are not allowed without prior written consent from the SEI.
