Can Angel Fish, Tiger Barbs and Silver Sharks live together peacefully?

Well, the barbs need to be in a school of 6 or more or they tend to have a problem with being bullies and biting the other fish. So you have the right idea in have a school of 6, I think the idea for the combination you said at the bottom is good except, angel fish should not live single and the silver sharks can get pretty big and aggressive so maybe either have the sharks or the angel fish plus another one. Plecos are friendly and will be fine no matter who there with as long as they have plenty of room, they only get annoyed with the other fish and chase them around when they feel cluttered. The guppies are way to nice to be with the other fish that you have, they will probably get picked on a lot and have there fins torn up because they are just to small, to slow and to friendly for the others. The Harlequins will probably be fine if you want to keep those, there fast enough to not be bullied by the others. Hope this helps!
