A.23 If for some reason you are unable to treat locusts on your property you can ask another party to undertake treatment and apply for a Locust Insecticide Rebate for the cost of chemical applied on your property. A Locust Insecticide Rebate Exemption Form is designed to help the other party (i.e. neighbour) claim the rebate for chemicals used to treat locusts on another landholder’s property. Landholders wishing to apply for this exemption should fill out all the details and attach the form to the Locust Insecticide Rebate Application Form submitted by the party claiming for the rebate.
