Anxiety = stress, stress = headaches and dizziness (for some). It could very well be related. I would be concerned that your headaches are something more though – a migraine rather than a mere headache. If you’re seeing spots, chances are it’s more severe. You should visit your doctor to see what they can give you to combat those when they happen….they can disrupt your life so much.
