Can any document be notarized?
A. For a document to be notarized, it must contain: The text is committing the signer in some way. An original signature (not a photo copy) of the document signer. Somewhere on the document or on an attachment there must be the correct Notary Public verbiage. Then the Notary fills out the missing verbiage, signs it then applies his or her seal to complete the notarization.
