Can anybody give me advise on how to get a good body (athletic/ripped build) at home?
its very tough but protein shakes work if you follow the packet and also you need to do some muscle building the problem with muscle building is people think building muscle is all there is too it but the muscles will be hidden by fat layers even in fairly thin people so as well as buildiing you need to do cardio fitness such as running, skipping, etc on the building side google search for muscle building at home or something to get some things to do such as crunches and pressups it also might be a good idea to get a pull-up/chin-up bar and fit it at home somewhere with permission from your wife/girlfriend if you live with them.
