Can anybody use easySitemap and Google sitemaps?

Yes they can. The only requirements for easySitemap is that your webserver is running on Apache, supports PHP, and you have MySQL database access. If you are unsure about any of these specifications you should contact your hosting provider to verify that they have Apache/PHP/MySQL available to you. The Google Sitemaps service may be used with or without a Google account. You may read more about this on Google’s Sitemaps information page.
