Can anyone acquire superior learning skills?
Through Perceptual Learning any qualified child could acquire superior learning skills. The child must be under 36 months of age and must not have neurological or physiological problems. For perceptual learning to take place the perceptual systems must function adequately. Specifically, hearing, vision and brain function must be normal. Other than these restrictions any child is able to acquire superior learning skills.
