Can anyone advise me on inserting a tampon?
just remember that the only thing that’s supposed to stay inside u is the cotton part, what I used to do when I first started using tampons was to put it in until the part u reach the part with the ridges, than take ur finger and push the cotton part in as far as it will go, until the second part of the tampon meets the ridges (with the cardboard one) the plastic applicators will usually click that’s when u know u’ve pushed all the way than slid the plastic/cardboard tube out! Also, sit on the toilet and spread ur legs as much as u can and stay relaxed!!
