Can anyone explain my weird dream?

Every night, you go through different phases of sleep. Each round of phases last about 110 minutes. When you are in the phase called REM sleep (rapid eye movement, the phase where you dream) your brain is taking recent experiences, thoughts, fears, and emotions and basically organising them into your memory, in a sense, storing them away. When you dream about situations such as panic or embarrassment, it could just be an extreme reflection of some emotion you may have felt in the past couple of days. Then again, it could just be your brain putting you into different situations to prepare you for future experiences that might cause emotions such as these. Again, remember, dreams are always to the EXTREME. It is just a way for your brain to emotionally grow and organise. You’re not going crazy. Hope this helps.
