These are our favourite and go really well with a spicy peanut sauce: 2 garlic cloves, crushed 6 tbsp soya sauce 1 tsp ginger syrup 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp ground coriander 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp lemon juice mix all together and cover the meat with the marinade. Leave to stand in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
