Can anyone give me a referral to a breeder poodle named Esther Neuman in Alberta?
You are not the first to be sued by Esther Neuman, Willowcreek Poodle Farm, who advertises her stock under the kennel name of U2 poodles. She was banned from registering dogs in Canada for life, so she uses other people’s names on the registration papers. She sued the CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) and cost them a bundle taking the case right up to the supreme court….she lost the case. She sued me after giving me a dog for free in payment for a dog I once gave her before I knew what she was like, and then later tied to sell me his papers for $500, (selling registration papers is illegal in Canada, you can only sell the dog, by law, if it’s purebred the breeder has to provide registration papers free of charge). By the way, according to the registration papers, when she gave him to me as a 10 month old dog, he was actually only 9 days old. I also had an e-mail from her telling me that his mother was a cockapoo….and either the judge is totally demented, or on the take, because she won the case without showing any evidence, and I had 40 pages of evidence proving her a fraud.
I purchased a puppy from Esther Neuman of Willowcreek Poodles in Spruce Grove, Alberta nearly 2yrs ago and have nothing but praise for her and the dogs she breeds.
We followed through with registering our little girl without any problems and have had no problems with health, behavior, or Esther. I am really happy with AKC and the variety of programs and benefits available even if you’re in Canada.
I have found that dog breeders are “a breed of their own” and can come off quite direct …times that by 10 for the poodle breeders. Esther has been breeding for over 40yrs and knows what shes doing. I trust her and recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a poodle. To this day I can email or call Esther with any question regarding dog food, health, or behavior and she is happy to help.
If you have addition reference questions feel free to ask Esther for the phone number of Gemma’s owner.
