Can anyone help interpret my latest myelogram?!?
So…I had this done yesterday, and the radiologist was unbelievably poor. I had the same test done, just over a month ago, at the same location and had a very bad reaction to the dye. As soon as it hits the nerves, they freak out…it feels like a muscle spasm, but it isn’t…anyhow, with this information, the doc still tried to tell me it would be best done without any medication!!! I, of course, told him how this was going to go, and that he was to give me everything he could because I was NOT going in unmedicated. Anyways…long story short, he didn’t believe me about having more meds at the ready for when the dye hit my nerves, and I ended up screaming the F word at him through my tears over and over until they got some pain meds and verced into me. So here’s the report, I’m seeing my doc today into a couple hours, but I’m curious to see if anyone here has had a similar report/symptoms, and what was done to relive the pain…btw, I am one month out of a Left L5-S1 laminectomy mean
