Can anyone help with the lg ku990 software?
Hi, I hope I can help you with this. The Viewty is a great phone, but the software is a pain to use. The first thing you need to do is to make sure you have a memory card in it, as it can’t transfer files without one, and the software won’t recognise the phone. It takes a micro SD card up to 2GB in size. It will handle a card smaller than that, but anything bigger will be read as a 2GB card by the phone and it will ignore the rest of the card. If you want to upload and download via the internet, most Veiwty’s will not work on the “Mass Storage” setting. This is a quirk of the phone and not a fault, as such. If it is on Mass Storage, disconnect it from the USB and change the USB connection mode to Data Service, then re-connect the phone. To change the setting, do the following, in sequence: press menu (the square of dots on the front screen), settings (the cog wheel at the bottom right), phone settings, connectivity, USB connection mode, data service, select. Then press the red call end
