Yes, and again it has always been our policy that installers can use the easy-to-follow directions to install spill containment for a new site, considered a Level I installation. Level II installations, in which spill containment is installed to an existing system of flooded batteries for standby power, is a more challenging task for which installers need training. EnviroGuard can supply training for Level II installations as requested.
