In order to be a good investor, you will need to understand both the fundamentals and technical aspects of companies/ You can be a good investor by looking at the fundamental and concentrating on real value type investing. I really understand and sympathize with your emotions about charting. I sometimes feel chartist are like analysts, you ask 5 of them the same question and you’ll get 9 different responses.
