Can anyone recommend a good fruit smoothie recipe which includes oats and natural yoghurt?
this is my fave……. its from an aussie cookbook uses banana not froz fruit but i’m sure it would be easy enough to substitute 1 large banana 250ml milk 2 tblsp smooth peanut butter (unsweetened) 3 tblsp Natural yog 1 tblsp Rolled Oats 1 tsp honey blitz together, that’s it the theory behind the peanut butter is the the extra protein helps you to feel fuller for longer. and as a note the only unsweetened peanut butter I’ve been able to find is whole-earth brand and I’ve only found it in crunchy, I use this and don’t mind the little peanut bits.
