Can anyone recommend an effective soundproofing for noise between terraced houses(i.e. party walls).?
Unfortunately, whatever you do on your side of the wall will have more effect on keeping your noise in, rather than keeping their noise out. You can do things like take the skirting boards off and plaster fully behind them and then I think it is common sense guesswork after that. You might panel the walls with plywood (dense). But I think it might all be a lot of work for little reward.
